on the second floor (no elevator).

and the condo is close to the best restaurants, nightlife

The condo is also conveniently located on
the South Beach Local Circulator route. The Circulator is a bus
that runs along Washington Ave. from 1st Street to 17th Street (to
Lincoln Road Mall and the Miami Beach Convention Center). The bus
is $.25 cents each way.
