This charming 1930's condo is located in Miami Beach, South Beach, two blocks from Ocean Drive and two blocks from the 3rd Street Beach. The Oleander is located on Euclid Avenue (turns into Washington) and 3rd Street. The condo is located on the second floor (no elevator) and is in a secured building with keyed entry.

From the many windows, there is a wonderful view of Washington Avenue, and the condo is close to the best restaurants, nightlife and museums that Miami Beach has to offer!

The condo is also conveniently located on the South Beach Local Circulator route. The Circulator is a bus that runs along Washington Ave. from 1st Street to 17th Street (to Lincoln Road Mall and the Miami Beach Convention Center). The bus is $.25 cents each way.
