SoFi Villas and Garden is located in Miami Beach, South Beach, at 350 Washington Avenue (3rd Street), in the SoFi Historic Art Deco District. Sofi Villas and Garden consists of Four One-Bedroom Villas and a Two-Bedroom Cottage. Sofi Villas can accommodate groups of up to 22 people.

SoFi Villas is a two-story building, with a private Garden Courtyard and a Beautiful view of Washington Avenue. The Villas are adjacent to 3rd street and are two blocks from Ocean Drive and the 3rd Street Beach! The building has keyed-entrance only and a gated courtyard for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful South Beach weather.

SoFi Villas and Gardens is on the South Beach Local Circulator Bus Route. The Circulator Bus is bus that runs on Washington Avenue from 1st Street to 17th Street (to Lincoln Road Mall and the Miami Beach Convention Center) with stops every few blocks. The bus is $.25 cents each way.

Amenities: Air Conditioning/Heating, Cable TV, DVD, Full Kitchen (Cooking utensils provided). Queen Size bed, Sofa Bed, Linens, Towels Provided, Coin Washer and Dryer on site, High Speed DSL Internet access. No Smoking. Please inquire about small pets.
