SoFi Villas and Garden is located in Miami Beach, South Beach, at 350 Washington Avenue (3rd Street), in the SoFi Historic Art Deco District. Sofi Villas and Garden consists of Four One-Bedroom Villas and a Two-Bedroom Cottage. Sofi Villas can accommodate groups of up to 20 people.

SoFi Villas is a two-story building, with a private Garden Courtyard and a Beautiful view of Washington Avenue. The Villas are adjacent to 3rd street and are two blocks from Ocean Drive and the 3rd Street Beach! The building has keyed-entrance only and a gated courtyard for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful South Beach weather.

Amenities: Air Conditioning/Heating, Cable TV, DVD, Full Granite Kitchen, Stainless Appliances (Cooking utensils provided). Queen Size bed, Sofa Bed, Linens, Towels Provided, Coin Washer and Dryer on site, High Speed Wireless Internet access. No Smoking. Please inquire about small pets.
